Heavy-duty AGV & AMR platform
A compact motor, reduction gearbox and polyurethane wheel assembly for heavier automated vehicles, electric stackers, tractors and industrial mobile equipment. Traction-only and combined drive-and-steer configurations can be reviewed around the vehicle architecture.
Application-led configurationMotor winding, reduction ratio, feedback, brake, steering arrangement, mounting interface and wheel material are selected against the load and duty.
Motor technologyBLDC
Supply voltageUp to 48 VDC
Wheel diameter250 mm
Maximum travel speedUp to 3 m/s
Maximum gearbox torqueUp to 200 Nm
Vehicle payloadUp to 2,000 kg*
AccelerationUp to 2 m/s²
ConfigurationTraction or drive-and-steer
*Stated vehicle payload is based on two drive wheels. Maximum gearbox torque is not directly equivalent to continuous or rated wheel torque. Final wheel load, continuous and peak torque, duty cycle, gradient, braking, radial loading, bearing life, tyre, thermal limits, ingress protection, feedback and safety functions are confirmed for each application. Compliance with ISO 3691-4 or ISO 13849-1 depends on the validated vehicle and control-system architecture, not the wheel-drive unit alone.
